Michelle Lu

Administrative Assistant
Michelle (she/her) is the Administrative Assistant of the Institute for Critical Indigenous Studies (CIS), who takes care of the administrative duties for the Institute. She is a first-generation immigrant and has bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science from Canada and overseas. She has previously been actively involved in various projects with the local ethnic minority communities. She continues to explore Canadian ethnicity and indigeneity, hoping to further connect immigrants to Canadian history, land, language, and culture


Sara MacLellan

CEDaR Coordinator & Project Manager
Sara is the CEDaR Coordinator & Project Manager for the Community Engaged Documentation and Research (CEDaR) Space. Sara was born and raised in N’Swakamok/Sudbury, ON on the traditional lands of the Atikameksheng Anishnawbek in Robinson-Huron Treaty territory, and is of mixed Polish, Ukrainian, Irish, and French settler ancestry.


Tanya Bob

Associate Director and Practicum Coordinator
Tanya Bob assists with the First Nations and Indigenous Studies Practicum, and is also the CIS Associate Director.
